Suspended in Sound | Winter Stillness
This event is sold out. Next is scheduled for February 15th.
Winter naturally invites slowing down, turning inward, and resting deeply. This season is not about pushing forward, but about settling, listening, and allowing the body and nervous system to recalibrate.
The Suspended in Sound experience offers a space to pause and be supported. Participants rest comfortably in an aerial hammock while live sound moves in a full 360-degree field—above, below, and within—creating a cocooning and immersive sensory experience. This allows the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to find balance.
Therapeutic instruments from around the world are intuitively woven into each journey to guide the body into calm and restore a sense of steadiness and ease. Each sound session is created live in the moment and shaped by the energy of the group. There are no recordings. This is a space to arrive fully present, rest deeply, and reconnect with self during a season designed for slowing down.
