This sound journey is an open invitation for those seeking a place of refuge, stillness, and rest.
There are no expectations. Participants do not need to do anything other than arrive and get comfortable. Simply being present allows the sound and vibration to support emotional balance, calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and encourage deep relaxation throughout the body.
The experience begins with a brief introduction to sound therapy and how it works, followed by a live sound journey using instruments from around the world. Each session is unique and unfolds differently every time. The journey closes with a period of silence to support integration, with optional time at the end for reflection, sharing, or questions.
