Step into a deeply immersive sound journey while gently supported in an aerial silk hammock at Fly Studios YXE (Upper Loft).

This unique 75-minute experience blends therapeutic sound with the weightless, cocoon-like support of aerial hammocks (rated to safely support up to 900 lbs), creating an environment that helps the body fully let go while the nervous system settles into deep rest.

You will be guided through the entire experience, including how to safely enter, settle into, and exit the hammock, with support provided by Anna Chan throughout the session.
