Guided by Sound Haven Wellness, this is more than a sound bath. It is a fully immersive experience where sound and vibration are felt through the entire body, helping to calm the nervous system, soften mental tension, and bring you into a deeply restorative state.

As you are gently cocooned in aerial silks, the sound journey moves around and through you, creating a sense of floating, grounding, and release all at once.

The aerial silks have a 900 lb capacity and are professionally rigged.
A trained aerial assistant, Ana Chan, will be present to gently support you in and out, ensuring you feel safe, comfortable, and fully held throughout the experience.
