Suspended in Sound is a deeply immersive aerial sound bath experience designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Participants are gently supported in an aerial hammock while live sound moves through a full 360-degree field, creating a cocoon-like environment that encourages the body to soften and rest deeply.

Suspension allows the body to release physical tension while sound supports mental and emotional settling, making this experience especially beneficial for those seeking rest, reflection, and deep relaxation.

This special anniversary offering is an opportunity to experience Suspended in Sound in a meaningful and intentional way. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined before, this session is a chance to reconnect, reset, and be supported in a deeply restorative space.

What to Expect

• Assistance getting in and out of the hammock

• A safe, grounded, and guided experience

• Live sound throughout the session

• Time to rest, integrate, and settle before transitioning out

• Comfortable, warm layers

• Socks

• A small pillow or blanket if desired

• Waivers are completed on-site prior to the session

• Hammock weight limit is 900 lbs

• 10 spots available per session to maintain comfort and safety
