This isn’t your average pajama party — it’s a family-friendly sound bath that blends Halloween fun with deep relaxation. Gentle, therapeutic sounds help calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, and prepare the body for a deep and restful night’s sleep.

The session wraps up by 8 PM — just in time to head home, tuck in, and drift peacefully to sleep. 🌙

💤 Recommended for ages 10+ (parent discretion for their child to lay still for up to an hour)
